Refund Policy

This policy applies to all training sessions and coaching bookings with Pulse Pathcore Ltd.
Workshop cancellations by you
- More than 28 days before start: Full refund of all amounts paid, or free transfer to another date within twelve months.
- 14–28 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable. Balance refunded if already paid.
- Less than 14 days before start: No refund unless we can fill your place from a waiting list, in which case a partial refund minus a £50 administration fee may apply.
Seminar and coaching sessions
Cancellations more than seven days before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days may be rescheduled once at no charge; otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may request one free date change for workshops if we receive notice at least fourteen days before the original start date. Subsequent changes incur a £30 fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or priority booking on the next available date. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.
Deposits
The £150 workshop deposit secures your place and is refundable only under the timeframes above. Deposits are applied toward the total session fee.
Materials and recordings
Printed materials provided at sessions are non-refundable once issued. Access to session recordings is included in your fee and cannot be refunded separately.
Work already started
If you leave a multi-day workshop after day one has commenced, no refund is due for the remaining portion except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Private group bookings
Custom terms are confirmed in writing at booking. Unless stated otherwise, the 28-day cancellation rule above applies to the full group fee.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within ten working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time to appear.
How to request a refund or cancellation
